The Texarkana Area Group was formed by a number of very enthusiastic parents living in the Four States Area who wished to bring the programs and services of RRVDSS to their region. The group meets on the third Thursday of each month at 6pm (with some exceptions) at Opportunities, Inc. located at 6101 North Stateline in Texarkana, Texas. Along with these informational meetings and workshops, they also hold fundraiser and awareness events such as their annual golf tournament and their very own Step Up Walk and social events.
